Our rental was completely unacceptable due to the unethical practices, negligence, and blatant discrimination from the unreliable and unprofessional property management. Rules were hypocritically enforced - we couldn't have a harmless "family" sign on our porch which went missing a day after being told it wasn't allowed, while the landlord had an unsightly broken couch outside. Maintenance issues like visible mold were dismissed as "hard water stains" and left unaddressed. The profound disrespect we endured is intolerable. The landlord overstepped by scolding us over a private argument, creating a hostile environment. Threats of unwarranted eviction loomed over fabricated misconduct. Complaints were unprofessionally disclosed back to the subject, eliminating accountability. Blatant favoritism and discriminatory rule enforcement was prevalent. Neighboring tenants flagrantly violated patio and parking policies without consequence. However, we faced strict crackdowns - our car window was actually damaged by a tow warning sticker if our tags were a day late, while a neighbor's severely expired tags went unpenalized for over 2 years. The landlord was rarely available, leaving calls and emails unanswered for days. This unacceptable unresponsiveness compounded issues. Maintenance was equally unreliable, frequently missing appointments and taking over a week to address submitted work orders in some cases. The mismanagement, unethical conduct, and severe lack of professional integrity renders this property uninhabitable based on our first-hand experiences as tenants. We wholeheartedly condemn renting here under any circumstances.
