I lived here for 2 years and have nothing but positive things to say about this complex and their staff. Nancy the property manager is one of the sweetest people, she’s very knowledgeable and professional. Jerry one of the maintenance workers is great at what he does and is so friendly and personable (I barely had any maintenance requests over my 2 years living there). They even have a community garden in the back. This place was a wonderful one to call home and I am very appreciative to bvp and their staff.

Really enjoyed these apartments during our short stay, unfortunately had to move out to a bigger place but the new office manager Brigette is a super professional and productive lady. Couldn’t have been any happier with how she worked with me and helped me to promptly get things fixed and move along with the move out paperwork! Don’t think you will find a better manager or customer service at any other apartments.
