Commuters also have the convenience of our location on a major bus line. Our residents enjoy the spectacular lifestyle and scenery that accompanies life in Downtown Olympia. Below is some general information you may find helpful in your apartment search. We offer Open 1 Bedroom/1 bathroom, 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, and 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment homes. All of our units include a refrigerator, stove/oven, and are cable ready. We are a secure entrance community with a common laundry facility and a secure patio area for you to enjoy that includes picnic tables and a barbecue. Availability can change daily, so we ask that you call prior to filling out an application so that we can assign you a particular unit.

I have read these reviews and I want to speak to what was said about management. The manager for these apartments is absolutely wonderful . And has treated me with nothing but the most respect and sensitivity. Also the maintenance here is always quick to answer calls and very efficient. I love my apartment and I am grateful for it.
