I typically don't leave reviews, but this complex and staff deserve all 5 stars! I relocated back to Tallahassee little over a month ago and I am beyond happy with my decision to sign with Renaissance Apartments. From the start Lauren Atiles has been nothing but helpful. She is sweet as can be and very approachable. She keeps her residents aware of maintenance, construction, events and other property related information. The property is always kept nice and clean and it's an overall quiet community. Lauren strives to keep the property and residents of the community safe. She is in the process of having a security gate installed. If you are looking for a safe community, take this as a sign! When I moved in there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed. Which is expected with new move-ins. Quintin the maintenance man, hopped right on it and fixed everything. He also has a great attitude, very respectful and works fast. There is a guy in the office that is always really nice as well, I just can't remember his name. When I go in to pick up my packages, he always offers a friendly smile. Overall, I am a happy resident.

I have lived at The Renaissance for a few years now, and I can confidently say that the recent changes under the management of Lauren Atiles have made a world of difference. Lauren's dedication to the community is evident in every aspect of the property. Since Lauren took over, I've noticed significant improvements in maintenance and resident services. She's incredibly approachable and always ready to listen to our concerns, responding quickly and efficiently to any issues. Her genuine care for the well-being of the residents sets her apart. This has greatly enhanced the living experience for everyone here. Thanks to her hard work, living at The Renaissance has become an even more enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community.
