Canyon Chase is a charming community, with a great location very close to I-25 and 120th, so anything you need is easily accessible. I really like the staff that work here, as they are responsive and really take the time to make sure I am taken care of. If you want a place to live that is peaceful, and yet close to a lot of restaurants and just about anything you need, this is it!

After reading through the reviews and communicating with the staff here are my thoughts: -the leasing office agents are sweet hearts and so knowledgeable! I have toured over 20+ properties looking for the perfect apartment complex for me and the amount of agents that know nothing about their building is concerning. That is NOT the case here. Andrea answered every question without hesitation and was prompt to follow up and help in every way possible. We toured multiple layouts to ensure I was satisfied with the apartment -the location is IDEAL. Being right off i25 means I have access to so many places including multiple grocery stores, malls, restaurants, and even a few bars! That being said the property is pretty quite and safe. -Parking lot is well lit at night. Being a mother this was important to me! Also plenty of parking available so we never have to park in the street -amenities are well kept and the leasing team is very responsive to any issues. -personally after touring so many properties I think this one is very well priced considering location and the apartments themselves. I looked at 2 bedrooms across the street that went for $2400 so $1700 for a 2 bedroom is a steal! -OBVIOUSLY it’s still an apartment so expect normal things that come with that like neighbors, sharing amenities, dogs, etc. if you want silence and no neighbors buy a house in the woods? -qualifying is WAYY easier than other complexes -everyone I have met is very nice and friendly, I haven’t seen any drama Overall I would highly recommend this place if you’re wanting an affordable place that is safe, accessible, and comfortable
