We moved into Oak Ramble in 2020. We were moving from out of state and since that was during Covid times we weren't able to do a tour so we really were just hoping for the best. We did a lot of research into different apartments and Oak Ramble had the most consistent, best reviews. The reviews didn't lie. We lived here for 2 years and we didn't have any major issues during our time here. The few times we had problems, they were very prompt with responding to those work orders (over those 2 years - we had an issue with our toilet not refilling, our dishwasher not cleaning well, and some of the wall by our AC filter got damp, and our washing machine wasn't draining - they even reimbursed us for our washer rental for the time it wasn't working). All of these issues they remedied very quickly. They do enforce the visitor parking so be aware of that. Our only complaint is that we lived in one of the 14602 buildings that are across the street from each other so packages or especially food deliveries would get mixed up often. It would be nice if they would add the street names under the building numbers to help with that confusion. All in all would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an apartment in the area!
