We just moved in & the staff is so friendly and sweet and we just love it here already! The units are so cute and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Love it here so much already!

After finally getting the correct problem with the AC identified, management stepped in (Thanks Reilly) and got us a new unit ordered and installed within 3 days. Woo-hoo! It feels so good! Thanks maintenance for working hard to get our unit installed and working! Blessings to you all!

We were attended by Michelle, a charismatic, affectionate and very friendly person, I leave with the best expectation of this pleasant quiet and very comfortable place to live, and I really recommend the attention of Mrs. Michelle 100 out of 10 🥰
I have been stopping by since July 2024. I had the pleasure in July to speak with Riley who was and still is very pleasant with me. I was able to make contact last week with Jessica Cortes who happened to answer the phone after my 3rd attempt. The answering service is horrendous and they hang up on you and don’t actually help Maxwell Townhomes’ image. Just the same, I finally went for my tour today after applying last week for a 2 bedroom. Jessica assisted me and she is super nice, great, and cared about my needs. Riley answered some of my questions via Jessica. I am so looking forward to moving there and just waiting to be approved which Jessica is “on it”. I have read all reviews, but folks, try searching for a better community with the prices Maxwell offers, AND YOU WON’T EVEN COME CLOSE. I know since I have been searching since July. The office staff stays busy and I mean busy, but a smile, persistence, and a kind attitude when you walk in is all you need. I am not there yet, but trust me, you cannot beat this place all the way around. So please give the staff a break and I promise you, you won’t regret it.
Yes, I have worked with three other people there, one who moved to another property and he was attentive. One of the other two was slammed but she still answered my question. The other, well you can’t have perfect. My guess is that they will eventually catch on to her. Just the same, do not let one bruised apple make your decision as 1 out of 6, now 5 staff members I have encountered, does not make them all a bruised apples.

Maxwell Townhomes in my time as a tenant has been good to me. It's in a great location, close to several parks and in quick distance to Wurzbach Parkway, I-10, and the RIM.
So, I had a great experience touring this apartment community! Michelle gave me the tour, and even though she’s new, she was super helpful, patient, and resourceful. She showed me multiple options, making sure I found the right fit. The apartments are fantastic—both the remodeled and classic units are well-maintained and look great. The community is clean, the neighborhood feels safe, and the gym is a great perk. The appliances are high-quality, and everything is well-kept. Overall, I’m excited to lease here and highly recommend taking a tour!

I have lived here for 4 years now and I can strongly say that this is a great community with great office staff. It is located close to many restaurants and shopping. My needs have all been met even in high stress times when maintenance is busy. In the summertime my air-conditioning broke and the guys were there to fix it the same day. All of my neighbors have been nice and it’s a relatively quiet apartment complex. Also weekly landscapers come by and keep the property well maintained. I would recommend if you like a quiet nice place to live.

I’m upgrading to a new unit for my 3rd year.
I have zero bugs in my unit, my A/C is always working and has never given me any issues.
Front office and manager have never rubbed me the wrong way. It’s a shame that the only reviews are coming from people who have bad experiences.
Personally I think the property is very nice and overall I enjoy living here.
Iv been in much worse.
If you are looking to move in , I’d definitely recommend it! Just understand you are living in an apartment complex. Things won’t be 100% perfect all the time. Be kind and curious to the staff about issues you have and it will be taken care of (:
