I've lived here for almost 8 years and love it. I've never even seriously considered leaving. I had never missed a payment in these 8 years and they really appreciate that. Right now, I'm in a financial crisis situation with all of this Covid stuff, but they are giving me leeway and understanding of my situation even though I'm behind on my rent for the first time ever. BTW, please don't call the office and tell them you deserve the same level of benefit of the doubt and trust, too. I've proven it for 8 years. They can only give you as much leeway as you've earned with consistent payments over a reasonably long time. Also, the head maintenance guy is super helpful, efficient and on top of things, and is very friendly while doing it all. Kudos and thank you to this staff and this organization. Wow! Sounds like I'm doing a commercial for them. Or maybe I should get some referral money. LOL But I'm serious. I've never felt so blessed to be a part of any community.

Me and my fiance moved in recently and Rachel made it the easiest move in that we could have asked for! So far the maintenance team has been incredible and we haven't had any complaints, the rent was very well priced and we are hoping to stay here for a while while we save for our wedding next year! So we are hoping the rent increase is modest and we don't have to move within the next year, thats proof of how good the living arrangements are here!
