Cooper Point Village is a great fit for our family member. In addition to a convenient location, finding single floor living along with a garage and small patio made the perfect fit. We've found residents to be very friendly and willing to watch out for each other. We highly recomment CP Village.

A $500 deposit is necessary to get on the “waiting list”. In March of 2018 I put one down. For a year, I was kept updated as to availability as our name moved up the list. Then everything changed. The manager named Susan, retired. Unfortunately, the current manager, a woman named Rindi, didn’t like me. We were 1st on the list by now , and in spite of several requests to her, to let us have “1st right of refusal”, we were never notified, and I know of at least 2 units that became available. Finally, I wrote an email to upper management explaining, and yes, complaining In October last year, of her sly behavior. Rindi claimed to have called me and left me messages. Rindi operates successfully because it’s essentially my word against her word. The beginning of September 2020, we decided that due to the caustic environment at Cooper Point Village, and the manager, Rindi, we didn’t want to live there. While talking on the phone, Rindi, the manager, told me “we weren’t the right fit”. I was shocked. Beware, Rindi the manager, is a very good deflector of the truth. She’s had a lot of practice. If you value, honor, and respect, stay away.
