I would honestly say that Alexis definitely has been a great representative for Hessel on the Park. She has definitely went out her way to look out for the residents. Always ensuring important information is sent promptly despite the work hour. She has definitely made this experience for me great with Hessel on the park. I just recently moved in and things have been great. Prompt responses to maintenance requests and questions.

5 stars for the new company that bought out green Street. -5 stars for the previous company. Community management bought the property about a month ago. Green Street owned it for the first 10 months I lived here. Terrible communication, left things dirty and never responded to maintenance requests. Here comes community management- Cleans things up the first week they took over, responded to a maitence request I put in within 2 days and the issue was fixed. I had that request in for 3 months and the previous company never responded. They answer calls, they make it feel cleaner and safer. We were hesitant on renewing but then they took over and we renewed! Happy to be here another year. Thank you to community management for making our community feel better and have quick response times! Also, Dustin is a GREAT maintenance man!

Hessel on the Park recently underwent management changes and the staff has been nothing but pleasant and accommodating for us. If we ever need something repaired or looked at they have people come quickly to address any issues. Alexis is a great leasing agent but all the girls in the leasing office are wonderful! Our apartment was recently remodeled and is big and cozy with plenty of storage. Would recommend.

I moved in late February and ever since, if I needed anything done or fixed in my apartment, Jeremy has showed up and showed out!!! I am 1000% satisfied with his services, attentiveness, and genuine care for making sure that before he leaves my house, I’m completely satisfied and everything is working properly. If I have the choice, I would call Jeremy for any and everything concerning the maintenance of my home! He’s extremely cool and respectful! Thank you Jeremy for everything!!!

Jeremy is awesome! He came out assessed the problem with my central air. He told me what the problem was he stated that he would be back to fix it the following day. Jeremy came out the following morning with everything he needed to fix the central air and now im loving the cool breeze. Thanks Jeremy and Hessel on the Park Apartments you guys rock.

We have been residents at Hessel on the Park for about two years and have had an overall wonderful experience. Our furnace went out and maintenance was at our place immediately to look at it, they had a new furnace installed and heat back on in no time. Thanks so much Jeremy!

We have been living in Hessel Park Apartments almost 10 months and we are very pleased that we have rent here. It is very quite and nice place. The staff is very kind, friendly and responsible. Almost all issues (small amount) were fixed in the same day of report or in the next. So far we have not had any moments to regret about our choice.

Just moved in to Hessel. Service maintenance orders placed and quickly completed. Jeremy assessed the issue (related to kitchen sink), determined replacement over repair was needed and then quickly and efficiently did the install. He went above and beyond call of duty answering all questions and concerns.
