Meg the property manager was extremely approachable, easy to communicate with and efficient. She is an outstanding property manager and she assisted me with getting into my first apartment with ease!!! I am happy with my apartment and they are great with communication as well as being on top of fixing anything that needs to be fixed!! Love my new apartment and meg!

I lived there for 5 years and it's honestly a nice little complex. Meg is one of the sweetest women I know and I loved chit chatting with her whenever I would call over to the office. She makes you feel like family and is so helpful and understanding. Pros: -I appreciated that the main door to each tower locks when shut, as an added layer of safety. I always felt safe living there. -The bedroom closet is huge and perfect for two people. -Location is right on the BHP, which is nice. -The balcony's are huge and relatively private... my kids used to love playing out there and I loved the privacy. Cons: -My only negative thing to say about this place is that the wall unit air-conditioner in the living room doesn't ever reach the bedroom during the really hot months... but if you have a nice fan or a window unit for summer, you'll be just fine! Overall, I'd recommend Ivanhoe Apartments to anyone looking for a 1 bedroom unit.
