We offer youngsters 55 years and up comfortable, newly renovated one bedroom apartments featuring a standard size stove and refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, abundant cabinets and counter space, air conditioning, ceiling fans, walk-in closet and linen closet, patio or balcony with storage, assigned parking, affordable on-site laundry, community patio with BBQ. We are very conveniently located in Lakeside, CA on the bus line and near shopping, banking, dining, pharmacies and Post Office as well as many other necessities.
