I lived here for almost a year with my partner and personally I liked it. It was the great starter apartment with a pool and many other amenities. The only things that I wish were different is that we would get a note posted on our door if we someone was coming to fix something in the unit instead of an email. For instance the day before valentines day I had left for work at 8am and did not come back until 8pm but there was a notice posted right after I left saying someone would be coming to my unit in the morning and did not give me enough time to rearrange my schedule. Another negative is the main road can have random construction and it turns off the water without much notice. In all though I would still recommend the apartment to my friends and Brianna did a great job of handling everything we needed.

Fan of FPI Management. That's the agent for Park Club Apts. . The strong application criteria , like proof of income 2.5X the rent ( about $ 60,000.00 per year) I grabbed a lease at a different FPI spot, The Lenox in Rohnert Park w/ steeper rent & about the same sq ft. Park Club has the SMART Station, & The Lenox North has convenient shopping. Piss & moan about the maintenance & management at the Park Club all you want, cuz it's the same here.
