The staff in the leasing office are fabulous! Maria and Jessica are professional, friendly and responsive. I had an issue with my water heater, they sent Alex (their maintenance man) who has an amazingly positive attitude is the happiest person I've ever met!
It was agreed it was not repairable and they had a new installed the very next day. Alex knows how to repair anything and did the job perfectly.

Great place to live! After being here over three months I wanted to leave a review because it seems others don’t follow the rules and come on here and lash out unfairly. We get service orders repaired quickly and have never been towed. I even totaled my car and had a rental car for ten days before getting a new car and was easily given a new pass each time, those who have been towed don’t have a parking pass period which is included with your unit and are not displaying it, im glad the property does this as it ensures we always have a space close for our second car. We have a townhouse and almost never hear the neighbors at all, so that is nice. The gym is nice and clean and the equipment has worked great. The trash service is great and neighbors are friendly. It is a huge property so I’m sure every area is different but ours is super nice. The non main pools are nothing fancy but very nice too. Another recent review complains of water… it has rained consistently and heavily for a month and a half, that’s what happens when it rains lol, it dries after a couple days of no rain, that’s how weather works! Hope this helps others in housing search because it is a great place to live!
I moved here in August 2023. I am very happy here. All of my maintenance requests are quickly addressed, my interactions with office staff have all been positive, and my unit itself is lovely. Appliances work well and the finishes are durable and attractive. Great neighbors as well. Perhaps it depends on where you live in this large complex, as I've seen some negative reviews, but I've found it to be quiet, clean and worth the price. Common utilities are high, but on par with similar-size properties I've lived in. Love the valet trash collection! As for on-site amenities: slight quibble, I would like to see the tennis court resurfaced and the dog park area could use some attention, as some dog owners are not great about picking up after their dog. I utilize the main pool area, and really enjoy it. It's older, but clean as can be expected with heavy use during the summer. No fears about the pool water quality. Well-equipped small gym. I can't speak to the communal laundry, as my unit has a washer and dryer. I live in a two-story, townhouse-style unit, (which probably helps with noise, as there's no one above or below me.) All in all, I highly recommend The Grove. I've owned my own single-family home, rented a single family home, and lived in other large rental complexes. Nothing is perfect, but I find myself, my dog, and my 14-year old son, living comfortably here with no complaints.

Since my move to The Grove Apartments in Sep-2024, I've been enjoying a pleasant experience. The online application was quick and easy, and Marco, the leasing agent, was prompt in contacting me the following day. He clearly communicated the expectations for the move and diligently verified everything in my application, which was reassuring. His speedy approval and detailed review of the lease terms were all greatly appreciated. I particularly liked his transparent discussion about the rules around tenant parking, which I've seen a few Nextdoor posts about cars being towed. In conclusion, I would recommend this place to a friend or family member.

The Grove has come a long way from what it used to be many years ago. When I first moved in had some issues with one staff member. Fortunately she does not work there anymore. Alexis was very helpful when I asked her what I needed and showed me everything I asked for. My unit is very spacious with a wood burning fire place. Dog friendly. There was a lot of trash everywhere but that has been cleaned up since then. Yezenia Garcia has been very generous and kind and made life much easier dealing with management. Only complaint I have is the parking lot could be repaired and striped again. There was one bad pothole on my way towards my unit. It was filled but it’s time to be redone.
I been living here for about 3 years, there has been lots of improvements. Staff in office and Maintenance Team has really stepped up and are always on top of things and really kind . Parking situation has somewhat improved. Most of all the office team is always super friendly and all have a sunny disposition .
* update they have got a really cool dog washing station and little play yard now ,the grounds are kept up and nice so kids can play , the new maintenance team actually works and gets things done , Daniel worked on my unit last week and fixed things I’ve been waiting years to fix , he seemed to actually care about the property and tenets having their maintenance requests repaired/fixed , in the past it was always I don’t have time or we don’t do that or I have to order it. Happy things keep getting better . Thanks again Daniel from maintenance.

When I first moved in about a year ago I found a lot of problems with the place. Parking, lack of communication and the maintenance situation wasn’t the greatest but I can really tell there has been a huge effort brought together to make better improvements. The parking situation is a lot better, communication with the entire office staff, and the matience team has stepped up there game ginormously. Daniel helped with my unit yesterday and I can tell he really wanted to get the job done the right way and also he did the job very quickly as well. As a tenant I can really appreciate that the employees are stepping up their game :)
