This was my 3rd time overall living here, as my work keeps me moving around frequently. The apartments are huge for the price. The staff is friendly and respond to requests very quickly. Also, I love the maintenance staff, they respond fast and are always in a good mood, and make funny jokes. If I move back to Oceanside, I'll rent again.

I was fortunate enough to have lived here for 2 years. The staff is amazing! Veronica, Dulce, and Donna were extremely helpful, respectful, and overall good human beings. Any issues, whether maintenance or others were resolved quickly. The neighbors here are typically very nice and will always greet you. Some neighbors become like family! Parking for guests can be difficult to acquire, but that is the only drawback. If I ever move back to California, I will be staying here!!!
