Our apartments offer vinyl plank flooring throughout the living area and carpeting in the bedrooms. We have installed the kitchen refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer for convenience. Our apartments feature individual heat pumps for heating and air conditioning during the warmer months. This lowers heating and cooling costs, saving about 20% each month. This unit is nearly 1000 square feet, plus the attached deck. Giving a spacious living room and dining room. The master bedroom is large enough to accommodate a king-size bed with space for dressers and nightstands. There is also a storage room off the deck for your convenience. Windmill offers a year-round workout room on the property. The heated swimming pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Fanno Creek Trail is beside Windmill Apartments, and Dirksen Nature Park, which has playgrounds and several other amenities, is across the street from us. Windmill is a unique community with a quiet atmosphere close to the center of Tigard and Washington Square Mall.
