I lived at The Bretnor for two years and only moved because I was relocating for work. Everything about this building—layouts, location, and property management is the definition of a dream. This building is historic, but it’s evident that it has great bones, and is well taken care of by Vive-JEMS (the property management company). Maintenance requests were always quickly addressed, and the maintenance guys were always amazing. Jenna, who is the point of contact for this building, is always responsive and easy to talk to. Moving out of this building was a bittersweet moment for me—and I feel incredibly lucky to have spent even a short amount of time calling it my home. You can’t find this much charm in NW Portland easily! I’ve only lived in this property managed by Vive-JEMS, but from what I can tell all of their properties are beautiful, and everyone I’ve dealt with who works for them is rad.

I absolutely loved my time living at The Bretnor. The apartment itself was beautiful and the building is well maintained. Jenna is hands down the best property manager I've ever had. She always went above and beyond to make living here a great experience. Jenna, thank you for everything!
