It is with deep regret that my daughter, Christie, and I are leaving Sea View Apartments. This has been our home for the last two years. New HUD senior apartments have just been built in Oceanside and since I only have my social security for income, I must take advantage of their low monthly rents. Here at Sea View, everyone treats each other like family. I am sure that this is due to the fact that our manager, Raphael Ruiz, treats each of us as family. Sea View has treated us to BBQ's and when we asked to have get togethers on Halloween, etc., we are encouraged to do so. We have made lasting relationships here and hope to come back to visit often.
