I've been here for a year now with a renewed lease starting soon! When I moved into this apartment complex, there was new management and they really put time, money and effort into improvements ranging from landscaping, painting and new interior flooring for the apartments. The staff is very helpful, will answer your questions and maintenance/hired contractors can effectively resolve issues. A problem I've had is a kitchen sink backup from residents who've poured grease/food down the piping system. This created a clog causing water/food/grease to rise from the piping system into the sink. I think residents are listening now as this hasn't been an issue in awhile. Management also provided residents with drain stoppers to prevent food from being sent down the drain which can mitigate the issue. Lease prices are affordable, and I recommend at least stopping by to see the complex for yourself!

Love Seastone apartments! They have a beautiful modern look to them and are very clean looking. They have very beautiful landscaping and the staff are great.
