After my kids all moved out, I recently sold my house and decided to downgrade to an apartment. After an extensive search, I landed at Cortland at Brier Creek. I absolutely love this place. The application and leasing process was quick and easy, I was in a place within a week from applying. My leasing agent, Mikhail, was amazing! He had a great sense of urgency and made sure I felt welcome and cared for. It is obvious that Mikhail loves what he does! The amenities are amazing as well: plenty of parking, picnic areas, ample walking paths, dog park (they are VERY dog friendly), large refurbished swimming pool and a fully functional gym (that is currently under remodel, but will save me money on my current membership when it is completed with new state of the art equipment). This location is perfect! Close to shops, Umstead park, and the airport for easy travel, and much more! Cortland is in the process of remodeling everything, inside and out. I received one of the newly remodeled units on the first floor and it is beautiful with all new smart appliances and the whole 9! If you are looking for an apartment, consider Cortland at Brier Creek, you won’t be disappointed.

Madison has been super helpful, accommodating and patient from the start. She’s a sweetheart! What a beautiful complex, fantastic pool, and amazing fitness center. The staff are all so very friendly and responsive.
