This apartment complex staff is amazing. The images you see is just what it looks like or better. Nothing less than what you see on any website. Reasonable prices, along with updated items through out the apartment. Great amount of space to be a one bedroom. It’s all sectioned off, not like other one bedroom apartments seeming like one big room. Many various stores in area with in 5 mins from complex. Very understand staff, with knowledge. Every question I had was answered with great detail. Not to mention this is my first time renting! So I had lots of questions. Beyond pleased!

Kingstown was a great starter apartment for me and my fiancé. The things we loved most was the spacious bedroom and closet. We also enjoyed how easy it was to commute downtown and Truman is right around the corner so commuting to the south side of town is also super easy. What we like most of all was the MANAGEMENT, no seriously the management is awesome! Shout out to Andrea! They are extremely friendly and eager to solve any problems that arise. Chuck is also a great maintenance man, he never drags a problem out to be fixed. I highly recommend Kingstown apartments to single/couples and most of all they are affordable!
