The managers, Sam and Maria, really make this 3-story complex feel like home. They are responsive whenever there are issues in the apartments and do very routine maintenance, including frequently updating the central courtyard garden. I appreciate this complex so much because of the inclusion of an elevator, which allows me, as a person with a chronic illness that impairs mobility, to live above the first floor. Water/trash is included in the rent, which is quite affordable for the area, and the only utility bills I cover are electricity and internet. There is a laundry room on site with 2 washers and 2 dryers, which can be somewhat of a challenge if one of the machines is broken, but is otherwise sufficient for the number of residents. Two parking spots are included per unit (we rent a 2b/1ba), which was very important in the initial decision to rent here considering that Alhambra doesn’t allow street parking between 2am-6am without a permit. I’ve lived here for 6.5 years now and this is, hands down, the best apartment I’ve ever rented.
