I lived here for 3 years manager is really nice and helpful. But owner is alaways there . He is mean and rude.he doesn’t comply with agreements. And he’s always on property driving around .He ones charged me for garbage Disposal . Wen is his responsibility as a owner to pay wen its broken . Apartment from outside are nice and clean . But wen I moved to mine it was in really bad condition .
