Happy Saturday! I would like to take this time to truly thank your team Ernika and Pedro, for your tremendously amazing service! Ernika and Pedro from day one had worked with me diligently and professionally to a "T". It is highly appreciated from working with my work schedule and meeting my needs to being understanding to my situation and continuing to treat me as a person, and not just another customer. I came in and met with Ernika and was welcomed and shown the property and units with complete professionalism. I was explained the process and what needed to be done and I complied with every step. Pedro had also reassured me during my time of anxiety, and I really appreciate that kindness. This by far, has been a positive moving experience for me coming from a very stressful moving experience, before coming to The Hamilton at King's Place. I really applaud the excellent customer service. Again thank you for a positive experience, and I am excited to be a part of your community!

The Hamilton at Kings Place now has a Dream Team for management and repairs. All of these people worked hard to investigate, find and repair the issues of my apartment. Jennifer, Lakeisha, Steve and Tyrone can be trusted to do all they can to make your apartment your HOME.
