I lived here for 12 months and loved the place and the location. The staff (Melody) and the maintenance (Owen) has always treated me with the utmost respect. The grilling station was just redone and makes a great place for entertaining. The pool is full of cabanas and makes a great place for lounging. The gym and restrooms are spotless due to the cleaning staff who go the extra mile with folded paper towels and ample supplies. You are 3 minutes away from a brand new shopping community with food open until 4 AM as well as 3 minutes away from a state park. They beat all of their competitors prices on rent as well! I would have resigned, if I didn’t have to move across the coast. If you have kids or are a young professional

The new property manager and maintenance manager are great!!! Previous manager and maintenance were horrible and when the new managers heard how bad of an experience i had, they made sure to give the best service. All services were attended to the same day.
