John, the newest maintenance professional is excellent! I have been a resident at Pacific Ocean for over 15yrs. John is the most prompt, professional, friendly staff I have interacted with thus far. He has a very high level of integrity demonstrated by following through in the most prompt manner and explaining in great detail the issue and what to expect as far as the repair and a reasonable timeline.
