Have been living here since 2018 and I renewed until 2025! If you’re looking for a nice place that’s reasonably priced in the Chesapeake-Greenbrier area, this is it! They staff is amazing and the maintenance team is always on top of everything. Highly recommend!

A Heartfelt Recommendation for Tapestry Park Loop Apartments and its Exceptional Staff Dear Apartment Management Team, It is with immense pleasure that I write this review to wholeheartedly recommend Tapestry Park Loop Apartments in Chesapeake, Virginia, to anyone seeking a remarkable living experience. As current residents, we love it here and feel safe – such a change from DC. We even forget to lock our vehicles at times, and guess what, nothing happens!. We have been consistently impressed by the outstanding service and amenities provided by your esteemed team. First and foremost, my son (who is in the Navy, stationed at Norfolk, and moved here almost three (3) years ago) and I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the exemplary dedication and professionalism of leasing staff members Mary and Toni, these ladies consistently have affable personalities, they are just uber awesome, and their follow-up and follow through is just as amazing. From the moment my son inquired about leasing options at Tapestry Park Loop, they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of his transition was smooth and seamless. Their warm demeanor, extensive knowledge of the property, and willingness to address any concerns promptly have made him feel valued and supported as a resident. Additionally, we would like to extend our gratitude to the esteemed facilities team, Joe and Gerald, for their tireless efforts in maintaining the impeccable condition of our community. Whether it is ensuring the cleanliness of public areas, promptly addressing maintenance requests, or going the extra mile to assist residents, Joe and Gerald consistently demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence. Their hard work and dedication play a significant role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all residents to enjoy. Furthermore, we are continually impressed by the top-notch amenities and modern features offered at Tapestry Park Loop Apartments. From the luxurious swimming pool and state-of-the-art fitness center (newly renovated to include Peloton bikes – my son has now cancelled his gym membership) to the beautifully landscaped grounds and inviting clubhouse (which smells amazing by the way…White Tea and Thyme), every aspect of the community reflects a commitment to quality and resident satisfaction; did I mention the valet trash pickup. So, what is the downside, dog owners’ not adhering to the state code, "It shall be unlawful for any person owning, keeping, or having custody or control of a dog to fail to remove immediately the dog's excrement.” However, this is not a reflection on management (they constantly send emails to enforce), but it speaks volumes about the dog owner. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Tapestry Park Loop Apartments to anyone in search of superior living experience in Chesapeake, Virginia. The exceptional service provided by Mary, Toni, Joe, and Gerald truly sets this community apart and makes it a place that residents are proud to call home and feel safe. Thank you for creating such a wonderful living environment, and please extend our gratitude to your dedicated staff members for their outstanding contributions.
