I moved to Chicago in August 2019 and blindly determined to lease at Niche 905 after careful assessment of surrounding apartments. I chose Niche 905 because of the view, hands down. If I was moving to CHI, I wanted a good view. From there, I was also looking for a place with a rooftop pool, well-equipped fitness center, a dog run, a garage and a concierge. Niche has all of these things. While I don't love my apartment floor plan, I was willing to give that up for all the other things I love. I have been a tenant for 4 months and am happy I chose Niche 905 as my first home in Chicago!

This is one of the best places to live! The amenities are great, the units are all beautiful, staff are very friendly! I've been working with the new manager, Katie, during my recent move into a new unit and she has been wonderful to work with!! She's met me with kindness, empathy, and support all the way through my move. Niche is such a welcoming environment!
