I lived in this complex over the last year, then moved out. I would have stayed if my job hadn't changed locations. The landlord Jackie is very nice and responsive with maintenance requests. A small leak once sprung in my shower ceiling, and after telling her, she had repairs done within a couple days. She was also very good about notices to residents during building repaintings or parking lot repairs. She puts a good amount of work in keeping the complex in good shape. The complex is fairly small and doesn't have any frills like pools or anything. But it does have covered parking, which I think counts way more. Overall, solid apartment, very happy with my stay here. Also, everything that Bryan guy said below me. Accurate.

Cedar Grove is a clean, safe, and well-managed no-frills apartment complex. I lived there for 4 years. The manager, Jackie is friendly and helpful, but doesn't put up with any B.S. But any time I've sent her a text message, she says she never got it. You have to call her. The few times we've had maintenance issues the maintenance guy was pretty prompt. My neighbors have been great. They're blue collar, truck drivers, barbers, locksmiths etc. I've NEVER had a problem with noise, crime, vandalism, or anything else. The building and grounds are clean and well-maintained. They recently put a new roof on the buildings. Their advertisements say "luxury living". Cedar Grove is NOT luxury living. No Jacuzzi or clubhouse or granite countertops or hardwood floors. If you're looking for a quiet, safe and clean place with reasonable rent, I recommend Cedar Grove.
