Kerns is a close in neighborhood with a strong urban disposition. Situated between Sullivan’s Gulch and Laurelhurst, this neighborhood provides an excellent assortment of vibrant Portland restaurants, bars and quaint coffee shops. Kerns contains a good mix of retail and residential properties, allowing residents a wide variety of dining and entertainment options. Cars are certainly optional in this neighborhood, with its close proximity to downtown Portland and availability of public transit service. The Monterey is in a truly ideal location, minutes from the Hollywood District, and with easy access to I-84 and downtown Portland. Pets Ok. 2 cats or 1 small/medium dog (On basis of meet and greet, large dog possible, please inquire). Additional pet deposit required ($100 per pet). Plus $25/mo pet rent per pet. Unit is $1,495 a month. Our leases are 11 months. Deposit is $1,200. Screening process: Applications will be considered on an individual basis and within accordance with City, State, and Federal regulations.
