I have lived here for 9 1/2 years and have always felt safe here. I love all the amenities and that it's close by all you need for your everyday living. I have been involved with the Wine and Cheese Social that meets once a month and is sponsored by 1st Texas Home Health. They always provide wine and cheese with other light snacks. We put on a special Christmas program every December which has become very popular with a "Sing a Long" Christmas songs and special guest singers. This year we had 67 in attendance which was the best crowd ever. This was made possible by some of the office staff that put forth an extra effort to make this a success. Audrey was great in moving the piano to a better spot and even went to all the trouble of dusting and polishing it probably better than it has ever looked. Jesus brought in extra chairs and Marlene made Hot Chocolate for everyone to enjoy after the program. This all added to a great time for all. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. We are already looking forward to next year. We have a great Clubroom that is open to all to feel free to play games or just to watch TV and visit. Look no further for your living facility. I toured The Grand Parkway Apartments for my mom and was thoroughly impressed. Audrey was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through a beautifully maintained facility. The apartments are tastefully decorated, making each space feel like a true home. The complex offers numerous amenities including a chapel, library, and a variety of engaging activities. The staff's friendliness and dedication are evident, creating a warm, community atmosphere. If you're seeking a senior living option, The Grand Parkway Apartments stands out as an excellent choice.

I toured the apartments today. I really like the floor plans. I love the decoration space outside each door. A big plus for me is all the apartments have a patio. Everyone one I met was very nice. I am looking for my aunt and, I think she could be happy there.

I was given a tour of the property by Audrey and was floored on how clean, well maintained it was. The staff here was really nice and friendly - caring! The residents really made their apartments look homey, decorated beautifully and so many activities planned for the residents to do!! They even have a bus to take residents to the grocery stores and on outings!! In comparison to another senior living facility I checked, this is 100% better and I'm hoping to become a resident soon to enjoy this lifestyle as well. OMG!!! Audrey Medel is AWESOME!!!! She made me feel welcomed right from the very beginning!! She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the apartments/ property, extremely helpful in answering any questions I had about anything & everything! It was probably the BEST tour I've ever experienced while looking for an apartment. EVERY property should have an Audrey Medel!!! She is definitely a blessing and and asset to Grand Parkway Senior Living!!

I have lived here since July and enjoy being here. I feel safe and the property is very clean and well-maintained. What’s best is the staff. The office staff and maintenance staff are all uniformly excellent. In particular, Marlene, the director of resident services has been a joy to work with. She is always friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond to assist all residents.I highly recommend this property, particularly because of the terrific staff.
