I have lived at Marquee for 5 months and I've loved my time here. I knew that moving into the city was what I wanted to do and Marquee offers a great location with close proximity to public transportation. Very convenient for me since I take the L train everyday for work. The staff at Marquee is always friendly and the building amenities are great! The gym is amazing and the pool/hot tub are always well kept. The building is very dog friendly too! Which is great for me and my 10 year old dog. I am always happy to call Marquee my home.

One of the best parts about living here is the staff and maintenance team - especially Darren in the package room! The building is very clean and safe. The amenities are also top notch, especially the rooftop gym and pool. We also really appreciated the new Weber grills this summer. My only complaint is the rooftop hot tub has been broken all summer and I have not seen anyone working on it ever. We were promised an update on when it would Open in May, but have not heard anything since and it is September.
