I've been living in this building since 2019, and I recommend 100%. Like anything in life, there are pros and some cons. Still, without a doubt, if you are looking for a place where the management team treats you as a family member, the maintenance department must be aware of solving any tiny detail to make you feel comfortable. Well, this is the place you're looking for.

This apartment complex is so shockingly nice I was certain there was something wrong with it. I lived here for six months and had no issues the entire time. Quiet neighbors & good soundproofing, I felt very safe in the building, maintenance is super friendly and comes same day. And of course, Jesse & Lorene are amazing :)

I currently live here. This space offers the perfect views and gives you the opportunity to go anywhere in Columbus in about 10 minutes.
The staff here really cares and takes the time to do anything you ask. I have put in maintenance requests, and have had them fulfilled LITERALLY 2 seconds after submitting.
The community is also very nice and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to start my journey in Columbus!

My fiance and I just moved in to this building about two weeks ago, and we absolutely love it so far.
The location is very convenient for a pair of people who both work downtown. In addition to being able to walk to work, there are plenty of resteraunts and things to do nearby that are all within walking distance. We've enjoyed how close by the Library is, for example.
The people have been very nice. The staff have been very friendly and helpful, and worked with us to help make moving in as easy as we could make it. The walls are thick, and we have had no problems at all with noise from other tenants spilling into our room, which was very important to us. And the room itself was clean and held up to our high standards.
There is even a free coffee machine for tennants in the lobby, something I did not know about before moving in, but have been happy to take advantage of a few times already!
All in all we have been very pleased with the move so far, and it is already a contender for our favorite place we have lived out of the 5 or so places we have rented over the past six years. If the above descriptions sound good to you, then I would definitely recommend it!

I lived in the Seneca for about two years, and my experience has been nothing but great! The apartments are nice and beautiful, and the neighborhood is safe, making it a good place to live in. Maintenance has been prompt, and Jesse and Chapmin were helpful during my stay. Moved out because I got job in another city. Highly recommend this place!
