I been living here for over a year and it’s been swell. I truly have to say this has been a wonderful experience and would suggest living here to anyone. Susan, one of the office workers, has been extremely helpful with me in the past. She’s been kind and patient when I needed it in hard times.

I lived here for about 15 months and honestly I never had problems with anything. The few times I had issues the maintenance showed up within the next day (always made a work order after hours). They were also very happy to help for whatever questions I had. The price was very much worth the space I got. Definitely would move back if I'm not good with the new apartment in at. Also plenty of parking for guests and no need for fighting for spots. 10/10 great first apartment experience.

I love living here because it's within walking distance to the Alamo Drafthouse and because the bathroom has a comfortable garden bath bigger than any in any apartment I've lived in before. Cable and internet included in the rent makes things simpler, and the in-apartment washer and dryer are not cheap and run down like I've experienced in previous places. I can see a lot of complaints here about the new management, and I would like to address that. I've come to understand that there was a hectic transition last year and that many things changed very quickly. A lot of residents were dissatisfied with this sudden shift and have been outspoken about their perception of the new staff's inability to adapt as they got everything straightened out. What I've personally seen since with the new staff has been what I consider to be an earnest effort to try to gradually stabilize a chaotic situation. It's been almost a year since then, and things aren't perfect, but they are still improving. The key to re-achieving stability is good communication. If we continue to voice our concerns and our desires for improvement, we can once again get to the point where faith in the system is strong. I hope that my fellow residents will join me in being more communicative and understanding as the apartment complex goes through this growth period. I believe that things will only improve in the coming year as staff seniority and familiarity become better established. - Edit: Summer 2019 I have been living here one additional year since I originally wrote this review, and I feel it is appropriate to upgrade my review to 5 Stars. The management staff here and in particular the maintenance staff are always accommodating and often bend over backwards to make sure my needs are met appropriately. I loved living here, and I would have definitely renewed for another year had the course of my life not forced me to move elsewhere. I highly recommend this place, definitely one of the best apartment complexes in this part of town.
