Ashley is very pleasant. I went to view an apartment for my son and I was impressed with the view of the amenities there very spacious and welcoming to call a place home with pool, grill and other places that can ave accommodation for having friends and family over if your living space isn’t that big in wich my son is looking to rent a smaller 1 bedroom unit. Least to say Ashley answered all of our questions we had with no rush.we also liked the setup of the apartment we looked at the steel appliances and the flooring was a beautiful look to us Thanm you for the tour of the place . I hope my son chooses this place to live it is beautiful.

We just got approved for this apartment. So far I’m so happy with our choice. Eliza has been an amazing help. We had some issues doing the application but Eliza was able to help us get it straightened out. When we arrived everything was so nice and clean. It’s a very beautiful complex. We are so excited to move here!!!
First… KEVIN. The best. I was searching for words but “The Best” simply covers it. Always smiling, helpful, above and beyond.
Fitness facility is phenomenal. I especially love the Wellbeats program on the big screen that walks me through hundreds of workouts and equipment use. Perfect for me. And no one is EVER in there. So it’s like my own personal gym. Thanks Estraya! (and none gym using residents) Lol

I lived in Estraya at Westover Hills for about a year, and oh my gosh, let me tell you. Ashley is AMAZING. NOTHING short of that. Any time my roomate and I needed something, Ashley went OUT of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She is beyond professional, caring and makes you feel valued with every conversation. PLEASE, if her leadership is reading this.. give that woman a BIG raise. Thank you SO much Ashley, we are going to miss you profusely! Whomever is considering moving into Estraya, please do, Ashley is going to take REAL good care of you!
Estraya at Westover Hills was a wonderful experience. Eliza helped make that experience so memorable! She was beyond helpful and always looking to help with whatever problems arose for my roomate and I. She is professional, funny and overly caring! Anything I needed, she made sure to take care of or, at the very least, point me in the right direction. I just want to say thank you immensely to the staff, nothing but positives to say about this apartment complex and those on the staff. Eliza, thank you so much! If you’re considering living here, make that commitment. You will not regret it!

Pros: The office staff is VERY welcoming and respectful, the apartment is brand new, spacious floor plans, near sea world, great amenities, plentiful parking
Cons: Expensive (but is fair relative to other new apartments in the area), only one area for trash when need to take yourself.
Overall: I’m very impressed thus far and my complaint are minor. I highly recommend!
Moved in a few months ago and fell in love with the apartments. Staff has been nothing friendly and respectful. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. Pool is beautiful. Area is rather quiet. Amenities offered here are great. Walk the grounds daily with my dog and the the dog park is a great addition. Apartments are worth the price in my opinion. Friendly community too! All in all, the pros vastly out weigh the cons I've encountered.
Only real complaint is the shear fact other people don't know how to pick up after their dogs. Complex has stands with pet waste bags everywhere around the complex, but yet people are lazy. Wouldn't be opposed to stricter penalties for people who leave their pet waste everywhere.
Update: rating stayed the same upon move out years later. Relocated due to work and moving to Missouri. The apartment personnel and maintenance to the very end was accommodating, friendly and professional. Was an absolute pleasure residing there and encourage people to move here. Apartments were very modern, clean, maintenance was performed quickly and neighbors were not problematic and rent was reasonable. Will miss the view and apartment, wish nothing but the best and hope future residence enjoy it as much.
