I really like these apartments and how it is tucked away from the street. Biggest complaint is the parking. Its functionality waxes and wanes with the tenants that come and go. Always be prepared to park on the street and not in the lot. ALWAYS!!! Especially if you have more than one car. Not the kind of apartments where I can invite family or friends over. No place for them to park. Overall its nice living here.Quiet enough, sounds of birds and kids playing outside, maintenance does a pretty good job. Neighbors resolve issues like adults 90% of the time. Still four stars worthy.
