I’ve been a resident of Mason Manor only a few months. I was very iffy when I first moved in under the previous management. The office lady quit out of nowhere, they told me they couldn’t fix what was wrong. The apartment was in horrible condition but as soon as the new management took over they were QUICK to help get my apartment in shape. Counter resurfacing, carpet, leaks. It’s all been fixed and I’m so relieved now! I’ve seen so many positive changes in such a short time. I would definitely recommend these apartments now. 6 months later we have our 4th management company in a year. This complex has accepted residents in the “Keys to Home” program so if you basically want to live in a homeless encampment then this is the place for you. Shopping carts, squatters, drugs, and people walking around 24 hours a day.

Krista is the best. I had many questions about the apartments available. She was able to answer all of them. She is very sweet and professional. Would recommend asking for her with any concerns you may have.
