I am a new resident at Mode Apartment. I decided to move into this apartment after touring several locations at San Mateo and Foster City. The staff at the leasing office is very friendly, responsive and helpful, and this is one of the factors which supported my decision to move to this apartment. Mode Apartment is a compact community with basic amenities such as gym, yoga room etc which is enough for me. The room is new, clean and well maintained. I am really happy with my moving in process and so far I really enjoy my first few weeks as a resident here.

We recently moved out of MODE apartment after a wonderful year. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. If we could give it more than 5 stars, we would. The apartment complex is clean and as soon as you enter the hallways, a soft scent welcomes you. The quality of material used to build the apartments is top notch quality and the staff is amazing. We never had any issues! The USP of these apartments is the proximity to all the amazing restaurants, grocery stores in San Mateo. It is also well situated for all the best hiking spots in the peninsula. We miss our little San Mateo home and will always be so special for us. <3
