I have lived in La Villa since 2020! It has been one of the better places I've lived! The apartments are spacious and pet friendly. My dog is my ESA and I couldn't imagine living without her. There has been a few issues but not anything staff hasn't been able to handle. I park on the street and my car has been broken into 2 times all because I forgot to lock my doors. There is assigned parking that is covered but each apartment get one spot. The other issues has been the swimming pool. It has been out almost this whole summer. It was apparently the pump was out and that part was on back order. It is finally back working and all is right with the world. Any maintenance requests can be submitted the the customer portal. It usually take 1-2 days.
