The Management/Owners were terrible!! Onsite manager was OK, but had no authority. 9 months into our lease my wife got sick and we needed to return to Colorado. The would not even make a small concession. The total penalty was $7K . When n we got down to 1 month left I asked again...same answer. Exact same penalty. I talked to an RE lawyer who had been in business for 30+ years, he said none of the landlords he works for would do that. My advice, "Do NOT reward scumbags!!"

Sorry but this place is falling apart and they seem to have quite a collection of nasty mattresses stored up for I have no idea what reason
