Folks, be careful if you move in to English Village North Apartments. The real estate address is 1441 NW 92ND ST. Okc, 73114. I moved in 2010 to finish engineering school and to save some money. Mission accomplished. 12 years later DW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP takes over and raises my rent over 50%. I finally moved out after 12 and a half years. DW forgot to take me out of their rent auto draft payment system, and therefore, another months rent was drafted out of my bank account. In the end, DW kept my deposit and took an additional $110 from the rent they accidentally took. Record everything that needs fixed when you move in here or you will get charged for it when you move out. I called an Attorney over this matter. They said I had a case, but unfortunately it would cost me more money in the long run to get my $110 back. Good luck!
