Kelsey and Stephanie in the leasing office do an awesome job. I'm a tenant and whenever I need help, they assist. They take care of it. They keep communication open, look into issues and handle them with grace. I can't express enough how much I appreciate that. The complex parking lots are having seal coating done. I saw Kelsey outside in the lot directing tenants to safe places to park. That's incredible. Stephanie helped me when my car died. AAA couldn't come. There was a long delay. She gave me invaluable information. She always does. These women deserve a promotion and a raise.

We lived in this apartment for 1 year and recently moved out to another state. Pros: 1. Our favorite ones like stop and shop, whole foods, walmart, BJs, target are within 5 to 10 mile radius 2. Many trails within 5 mile radius (my favorite pine island/meadows trail just walking distance) 3. I just love the organic/homemade ice-creams and more from nearby Trombetta's Farm 4. Though it's closer to route 20, farm road is relatively quieter at night. 5. Maintenance staff (especially Alan Gale) is really helpful. Few of them doesn't communicate in English that well, but it's all good when you know Spanish. 6. As my spouse mentioned in earlier review, Kelsey and Stephanie is awesome. 7. You just wouldn't get a better apartment in this price. 8. No rats, no roaches, no bedbugs. 9. This is the first apartment in which I haven't felt the cigarette smell. 10. Ample parking space 11. Well maintained community and pool 12. During winter, snow cleaning from parking lots (and helping out the stranded cars) by maintenance staff is very appreciable. Cons: 1. Although staff is nice and tend to issues quickly, every month something needs their attention. So I guess, the equipments needs some upgrade. 2. Walls and floor are very thin. People upstairs are heavy footed and neighbors watch TV late night; both sounds make my spouse unable to sleep. There should be a quiet-hours policy. 3. Although electrical equipments are being replaced/upgraded in other apartments, ours was outdated and 2 of the stoves wouldn’t work well. 4. Base board heaters are not efficient and our apartment was not properly insulated for winter. 5. Rain water could enter through the window and wall mounted AC. This happens only in few apartments and it was fixed recently in our apartment. 6. End of fall might welcome few wasps inside your apartment. It's perfectly safe for adults, but not for toddlers.
