We've been living in Avalon Marlborough for almost 3 years now, and it's been a great experience. The units are clean and the communal spaces are well kept. The team is incredibly friendly and the maintenance team is super helpful and responsive. Also - a belated shout out to Saul who noticed an air bubble in our car tire a while back and warned us to replace it before we got a flat tire (Thank you!!) We've always felt very safe here, which is important for a family with two young kiddos. Highly recommend this community.

I have been living in this pretty community for many many years. I lived in many different apartment complexes, and thus far the Marlborough Avalon community has been the best living experience. It not only offers a pretty community with several amenities but also fosters a great sense of community. Truly a dreamy community. The staff is lovely from the office team to the maintenance team, something that other communities lack. Its staff truly makes a huge difference in the overall living experience here. They are super thoughtful and create special and fun resident events like the infamous BBQ cookout, ice cream day, to name a few, and even do charity and volunteer work which is amazing. Anything you need help with or want them to address they are there. Two special/huge shout-outs: Shout-out to Elizabeth for always willingly helping us with our renewal process and ensuring we are happy all these years. A Shout-out to Saúl, his presence and addition to the Marlborough team has truly been a game changer on the overall maintenance experience when you have to deal with inconvenient hiccups in the apartment. I used to stress and not like having to place maintenance requests, but since Saúl joined the team he transformed the overall experience into a positive one. He is super cool, very down to earth, easy going, very professional, very ethical, always with an amazing attitude and a big smile which makes a world of a difference! His exceptional service is unmatched because he always comes prepared and ready and able to fix any issue despite its complexity, is efficient, proficient, truly skilled on his knack, has incredible leadership skills when training new members, makes you feel safe and taken care of which makes him very reliable as he never fails to follow through. Again, a game charger for me with maintenance repair requests. I never type reviews, but felt compelled that Avalon should know the caliber of employee they have, truly a valuable member/asset of the Avalon team. Employees like him are rare and hard to come by, and what makes him even more extraordinary is his empathy and passion for his job. No matter how demanding the job can be he always talks about how much he loves his job, and how passionate he is for what he does, which is truly reflected in the caliber of his work, which makes him truly stand out! People like Saúl, are what the world needs more of, are meant to go far and do great things, and are what make a difference between living in an apartment complex to living in a great community, you can call home. Grateful for the Marlborough team, everyone is super friendly, greet you with a smile. The Maintenance Trio is small but mighty, the best team I have seen all these years and quite the team dynamic: with Saúl, Kevin, and Erik always offering a helping hand, opening doors like gentleman, and ensuring you are ok even if its car troubles....definitely the dream team. Thank you for everything that you do!
