I have lived at Tuscany walk for some time. I love how clean and beautiful it looks. The floor plans are so well thought out. I live in a one bedroom and never do I feel like I live in a box! Maintenance and Bianca and Lynda are awesome. I have told my friends and most people apply! They love it here too!! :)

I feel compelled to write a honest review since I've been a resident for a year and just renewed my lease. The rent did increase but that's to be expected with rental rates. My goal when moving was to find a safe, quiet - gated community, attentive office staff and quality floor plan with upgrades. My apartment is beautiful with high vaulted ceilings! I don't hear anyone next to or above me (major issue at my last apt, the noise of neighbors above me - through no fault of their own, just low ceilings so I could hear everything, UGH!). My 3rd floor neighbors are respectful and quiet. I do believe it's important to take into account where your apt is located in the complex to minimize noise levels (garage, street noises, pool area, etc.). I'm located facing San Felipe so again, it's quiet but my floor plan choice was intentional for that reason. Alex is awesome and has helped me with every issue I've had and worked diligently to resolve them quickly! Past issues were with maintenance and Alex stepped in right away to get it taken care of when there was lag time in their response. The other office staff are nice and always accommodating. I've had no issues with vandalism or parking. The amenities are awesome; pool, gym, and club house. Overall, a great place to call home!
