The property includes a courtyard fountain, reservable clubhouse with beverage service, regular community events (Octoberfest, wine and cheese tastings, holiday parties, paint night, and more), trash pickup service, a fitness center, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. ---- Pet Policy: Cats, fish, and birds are welcome! Cats must be fixed. Max. 2 cats, $35/mo. per cat. Leasing Process Fees: The security deposit is equal to a half month's rent. $100 of this is paid at the time of application (as earnest money), along with a $16 per adult applicant non-refundable credit check fee. Utility/Internet Information: 100 Mbps Internet, water, and sewer are included in the $55 monthly facilities fee.
