We love this place so much! The office staff is AMAZING! Maintenance is AWESOME! Despite the roach issue in some other reviews which the office has a complete handle on it, we are Texas and this complex is near trees and a dry creek so there will bugs but the office is dealing with it and fixing the issue. Maintenance issues are done within a reasonable amount of time and are fixed the first time right! The parking issue has been fixed and if you don't follow the rules for parking your car will be towed but the rules are simple. However, with all this being said I am very upset, not with the office but with the management company Citygate that parents Creek on Calloway. When I moved in my wife and I were separating and Creek on Calloway had a second chance leasing I got in. Well fast forward to now Citygate changed their policy because some people take advantage of second chance leasing. Now that my wife and I are getting back together and she can NOT be put on the lease even though her past credit issue is same as mine. I want to live here with my wife and children, we love it here but Citygate is keeping my family apart.
