I have been renting from Midland Rental for a number of years now. It’s great that I can pay my rent online and submit a maintenance request online (or via phone call). Maintenance requests are resolved within a timely manner and if any follow up is needed, I get a phone call with an update so I’m not wondering why something wasn’t done. The maintenance staff and the office staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Midland Rental to anyone.

Very good for lunch or dinner with it's Cuban flavor and you are right in the middle of it all the Wal-Mart, Walgreen, auto parts store's hospital and the movie theater.
