Honestly isn't as bad as the reviews say. Good carpet cleaning, nice apartments, its close to Davies and Bennett, good neighborhood. 10/10!

The property manager Leila and Tom are amazing to work with. Everything is always taken care of in a timely manner. The building is always clean and quiet. The Neighbors are always friendly. It is such a beautiful neighborhood away from the noise but also close enough that you can get to most things in a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend renting with this company. I haven't had any issue and I have been renting close to a year now.

My wife and I lived here for over a year and enjoyed the area. It is close to parks, trails and in a very safe community. I would say that the property management company are not someone you would want to rent from. They are constantly looking to fill their pockets with fee's, penalties and they cut costs like its nobodies business. Let me give you a few examples: Example 1: Their snow removal is horrendous, I don't know who they hired or if they do it themselves but the walkways were never shoveled and the driveways are done terribly! All of my family at one time during the winter slipped on the ice because no measures were taken to remove the ice. Example 2: They require each tenant to pay for a professional carpet cleaner after their lease is up. This is probably pretty typical and I was aware of it when I signed the lease but this was the first time we had to do this so you can imagine I wasn't pleased. First, they have a "do what I say not what I do" type of system, when you walk into the building the hallways, which are carpeted, are dirty. There are dirt trails leading from the doors to the hallways and up the stairs, just another way for them to cut costs. Example 3: We signed a 14 month lease with the first 2 months being free. My work had me relocated and I had to leave 1 month prior to us fulfilling our contract. I reached out to the Leasing agent to inform them what was happening and asked if we could just pay a penalty of the month I had left the $855 and lose the $300 security deposit because my company will reimburse me. I was informed that because I am ending my contract early I would need to pay the full two months that I got free since I didn't fulfill the entirety of the contract and lose the security deposit. Which again I understand I signed the agreement but there is no flexibility outside of the 4 corners of the signed lease agreement. Overall, the location is great the other tenants were respectful and quiet. I would not recommend living here though. You can find other apartments that don't cut costs on landscaping, carpet cleaning and are more flexible when it comes to contract terms under unique circumstances.
