With an additional deposit, we welcome your furry companions to share this lovely apartment with you. The rent for this apartment is based on your income, making it an affordable option for those who are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. Water, sewer, garbage, and HEAT are all included in the rent. At a slightly higher price at $1,034, our townhome offers 2 bedrooms with an additional large storage place, or potentially a kids' playroom on the 2nd floor. Each unit includes an unfinished basement with additional storage and washer/dryer units included! Water, sewer, and garbage are included with the townhomes. Garages are available on a first come first served basis for an additional $50 per month.
