Rent and Security Deposit are based on 30% gross monthly income with rental assistance available to everyone who qualifies. Townhome Rent at Blue Ridge includes water, sewer, garbage, lawncare, and snow removal. Apartment Rent includes heat, water, sewer, garbage, lawncare, and snow removal. Other amenities include off-street parking, playground, on-site laundry in the apartment building, and laundry hook-ups in individual townhomes. Townhomes also have individual unfinished basements. A limited amount of garages are available for residents to rent for an extra monthly fee. Income guidelines apply for residence qualification.
