Rental assistance is available for everyone who qualifies. Townhome Rent at Blue Ridge includes water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal. Apartment Rent includes heat, water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and snow removal. Other amenities include off-street parking, a playground, on-site laundry in the apartment building, and laundry hook-ups in individual townhomes. Townhomes also have individual unfinished basements. A limited amount of garages are available for residents to rent for an extra monthly fee of $40. Income limits apply for residence qualification.
